In-stock orders placed before 3pm EST typically ship within 1-5 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday; we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major US Holidays.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number within 1-2 business days from the time its shipped. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipments are delivered Monday-Friday except on US Holidays. The order must be placed before 2pm MST o to ship same day ( Mon-Fri Only).
Large Orders
We cover all freight costs on standard shipping orders in Alberta. Wire & Cable Your Way reserves the right to select the most cost-effective courier service on all freight orders.
For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Orders of $1,000 or more will require extra verification and may be delayed as a result.
Reschedule Shipping Date
Customer is responsible for all freight re-consignment delivery fees should he/she cancel, reschedule, or refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and where you are shipping to. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and then proceeding through the checkout. You will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost. You will have the opportunity to review the shipping options and costs before submitting your order. Mega Electric Supply INC. reserves the right to request additional funds when shipping to outside of Calgary. Shipping Outside of the Canada
We are able to ship our products to a freight forwarder within the USA who can then ship abroad. Please call 403-071-0234 for any shipping inquiries outside the Canada.
Exports
If Goods are sold for export, Seller’s standard terms & conditions for export sales apply. Acceptance of export orders is not valid unless confirmed in writing by Seller. Buyer, NOT Seller, is responsible for compliance with all United States export control rules and regulations. Buyer shall not name Seller as shipper or exporter of record in connection with the export of any Goods purchased from Seller.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/Military address
At this time we cannot ship orders to PO Boxes or to an APO/FPO/Military address.
RETURNS
Orders on any items with a material value of $50 or less are non-returnable.
You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to contact us for a return. Returns are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. Please contact us at sales@megaelectricsupply.com, or call 1866-837-2410 to request a return authorization. Have your order number or name the order was placed with ready and we will email you an RMA (return) number and instructions for return. Currently, we do not offer exchanges. A new order must be placed if you need a different item. If you provide the new order number at the time of your return request, the restocking fee may be lowered.
If we shipped you an incorrect or defective product, please contact us with the pictures of the shipment. Please contact us at sales@megaelectricsupply.com with pictures of the item and any labels on the shipment and let us know if you require a replacement or refund for you purchase.
Other returns and refused packages will incur a 30% re-stocking fee plus freight.
Returned items need to meet the following guidelines: • The item is in its original box and original packaging • The item has not been used or cut in any way.
Should the return not meet any of these guidelines, further additional fees may occur or the return may be refused with no refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders will not be cancelled or modified either in whole or in part, after Mega Electric Supply INC. has shipped to Buyer. Refunds on orders cancelled prior to shipping will be subject to a 20% processing fee. Multiple cancellations by a single customer may result in a cancellation fee.
